What is Upgrade?
It's a science-based workout focused on getting our clients’results by improving their cardiovascular stamina, muscular strength, overall power and oxygen consumption.
While going through our 5-stage workout, the goal is to stay within 75 – 95% of your maximum heart rate.
When wearing one of our heart rate monitors, real-time heart rate tracking allows you to make quick intensity adjustments based on your personal level of effort.
