Zone 6 Philosophy

Whether you’re training for a triathlon or working out for the first time in several years, our six zones of fitness are designed to help you reach your goals.

Group Training

Some of the many benefits of group training include a consistent exercise schedule, an accountability factor to participate in exercise and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience.

Diet & Nutrition

Diet and nutrition are critical to leading a healthy lifestyle. Partnered with physical exercise, your diet can help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic illnesses, like heart disease and cancer, and promote your overall wellbeing.

Personal Training

You'll have your own personal coach and motivator. Your personal trainer will analyze your body type, assess any previous or current injuries that you need to work around, help you set goals and ultimately develop a workout routine that is specific to you.

Functional Training

We perform functional movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns (walking and running) every day. Functional training involves training your body for these daily activities and results in improved joint mobility and stability, which decreases the potential for injuries.

Corrective Exercise

Corrective exercise is exercising with purpose. We understand that each member of our gym has a different body, different goals and a different experience. Corrective exercise is about choosing workouts tailored to the individual and ensuring they are performed with proper technique and posture.

Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular exercise, or cardio, is any movement that gets your heart rate up and increases your blood circulation. In addition to burning calories, cardio also improves heart health and boosts metabolism.
