Chris Adams

During my six years of experience in the corporate fitness business, I have serviced over 5,000 one-on-one client sessions and managed multiple fitness teams. Fitness has always been a part of my life and will continue to be my driving force in the future. At the age of eight, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. I was faced with the choice of allowing diabetes to consume my life or to take control of my health. My mission is to teach others to take control like I did. By using my background in biomechanics and exercise, I teach my clients to live long, healthy and active lives through diet and exercise.

I am one that has always chased a passion of health and wellness.  I am a firm believer of physical activity, fitness, and overall process of the individual journey.  The true passion for me lies in the ability to put people before things, and have the opportunity to impact the lives of other people.  The culture of Zone 6 Fitness is something that is inviting not only for our members, but the community as whole.  My goal as an Operations Manager and Personal Trainer is to create an environment that inspires and motivates others to pursue the outcome they desire to achieve.

I am passionate about inspiring people to new heights physically and mentally. I enjoy personal training, teaching boot camp and taking yoga. I love connecting members to other members, as well as our warm welcoming culture that transforms lifestyles and bodies.
